Hello! I’m Ida (pronounced Eeda) — a Yin yoga teacher offering gentle, restorative practices to help you find stillness, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling truly nourished.

I first discovered Yin many years ago, but it became a genuine lifeline in 2022 when I was diagnosed with Long Covid. Unable to practice many other forms of movement, Yin offered me lightness, peace, and space to heal during one of the most challenging periods of my life. As I committed to the practice on my journey back to health, I experienced its quiet, transformative power firsthand.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing that same sense of calm and reconnection with others — especially in a city where it’s all too easy to stay constantly switched on. My classes are an invitation to slow down, recharge, and come back to yourself.

Garden of Ida is inspired by my love of both yoga and nature. Just as my garden is a place where I rest, reconnect, and find presence, I weave the natural world into every class — through essential oils, grounding scents, and herbal teas — to create a truly nourishing experience for all the senses.
