Hello!

I’m Ida (pronounced Eeda), a Yin yoga teacher who offers gentle practices to help you find stillness, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling nourished.

I teach Yin yoga inspired by the teachings of Yin Yoga Therapy — a practice rooted in stillness, healing, and deep self-connection.

I first discovered Yin many years ago, but it became a real lifeline for me in 2022 after I was diagnosed with Long Covid. Unable to practice many other forms of movement, Yin yoga offered me lightness, peace, and space to heal during a very challenging time. As I committed to the practice on my journey to better health, I experienced its deep, transformative power.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing that same sense of calm and reconnection with others — especially in a city where it’s all too easy to stay constantly switched on. Through my classes, I hope to offer you a space to slow down, recharge, and come back to yourself.

Garden of Ida, is inspired by my love of both yoga and nature. Just like my Yin practice, my garden is a space where I reconnect, rest, and find presence. I bring touches of the natural world into my teaching — using essential oils, scents, and sharing herbal teas — to help create a nourishing, grounding experience for all the senses.
